The climate crisis can be really frightening, and it can cause a lot of mental stress for all of us. Especially young people are struggling with climate anxiety or other forms of mental health issues due to this massive crisis. And this is absolutely normal – yet, we have to take care of ourselves, so that these negative feelings don’t become too overwhelming. In this episode, Teresa Ngigi, Mental Health Advisor for SOS-Children's Villages joins our conversation and shares her experiences with mental health in the climate crisis.
